Thinking I'm starting to tie it all together... (no spoilers intended) but I think the guys in each episode, or "boyfriends" are just like the fanclub of ikki-san. all the guys have an agreement to date her for a certain amount of time, so in order to do it without dumping her, they all have the agreement to knock her out or something and switch her to the next guy, and they have everything arranged to make her feel like going back in time. the girls dont know of this agreement, so they think she knows the "promise" and try to kill her. the evil guy spectated this and was trying to hide the secret but he wants to date her too or something and wasnt part of the agreement. thats why her calender was the same. they forgot to replace it.

Unfortunately, Orion ruins that theory. He tells her she's in a parallel world, and also everyone's personality changes, not just the guys she's dating. Also, I'm probably the only guys watching this O.o
